First of all, thank you for your purchase from Pam Lazzarotto Designs. Before each shipment our products are carefully inspected for quality of materials and assembly, so we feel there will be few defective items.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT If you feel the item you chose is defective it may be returned for replacement of the same product only. Any breakage caused by misuse will not be deemed defective.
To return, please follow these simple procedures:
Return must be timely, within 2 weeks of receiving. Holiday orders have a 30 day return policy.
If possible use the same packaging materials, and the tag must be on the item.
Put a note in the package with your name, address, phone, email, order #, style # and date received by you. Also, state the reasons you feel this product is defective.
Ship to us by a carrier which provides Tracking and Insurance for the full value of the contents. Remember, if the product is not defective, you will have to bear the cost of this return. If we find the product is truly defective, we will reimburse you for the return shipping via a credit on a future order.

EXCHANGE ONLY If you wish to exchange your item(s), please return using the above procedures. There will be a 10% charge for restocking/handling fee.
To exchange an item of equal price, please provide the style # and price of your new selection. If you chose an item of higher price you will be required to pay the difference.
For this exchange you will pay for the return shipping to us, the 10% restocking fee and any difference in price if you select a higher priced item. We will pay the shipping cost back to you. You will be charged via the same method of payment as you used originally.
Returns are processed within 7 – 10 days.
